CROWN RELOCATIONS HIRES GENERAL MANAGER IN NORTH CHINA

Francis Cheung Promoted to General Manager for Crown China

BEIJING, Aug. 17, 2010—Crown Relocations, a worldwide leader of global mobility, domestic and international transportation of household goods, and departure and destination services announced the promotion of Francis Cheung to the position of general manager of household goods and fine arts for North China.

Cheung is a veteran of the relocations industry and has extensive knowledge of the Crown operation in China and the surrounding region. He has spent the past 13 years working and living in Shanghai and, prior to that, worked as general manager for Crown's household goods division in Hong Kong. Cheung is based in Beijing and will oversee the operations, business development, customer service, administration and finance divisions for household goods and fine arts in North China. He will report to Billy Wong, managing director, Greater China.

Cheung was instrumental in the development of the current Crown Shanghai facility, the related negotiations with the local government and the registering of the first Grade A freight forwarding license in Shanghai, which aided in Crown's expansion to other second tier cities. Before arriving in Beijing, Cheung provided marketing assistance for Crown Chengdu, Wuhan, Ningbo and Nanjing. He also participated in the evaluation of local service vendors and strategizing for Crown's operation. That experience enhanced his qualification for his new role and will be useful in his effort to maintain Crown's high quality of service.

Wong said, "Crown's presence in Beijing dates back to 1981 and we have since developed a very strong foothold in the market. The completion of our state-of-the-art Ultracenter, in 2007, and the ongoing investment that we have been making in systems and staff, along with the appointment of Francis, further strengthens our ability to serve our clients in the North China region."

Crown also provides records management services throughout Northern and Greater China.
