Crown was short-listed in the BlackBerry "Customer Focus" award for small businesses and is one of 150 UK businesses to get through to the final round in their respective categories. The short-listing recognizes Crown Relocations' commitment to customers since the inception of its "Holding Hands" initiative in 2008—a program which focuses on training employees, and using customer feedback, in order to improve customer service. The award will go to the organization that can best demonstrate it truly has the customer at the heart of its business.
