Arefunnisa Sayed has been part of Crown India’s team for four years, so has extensive knowledge of the fine art operations across India.
In 2013, Arefunnisa was selected for the Crown University Graduate program to develop her management and strategy skills. She then went onto train in Dubai, one of Crown’s fine art hubs, which gave her exposure to the finest details of art movement.
As an active volunteer of India’s save museum project, Arefunnisa contributes to expanding education and research activities about fine art packaging, conservation and care of museum objects.
To build her knowledge in handling precious art works, Arefunnia has traveled to various museums and art galleries in India and across the world. During her cultural study tour in Europe, she experienced different expressions of art forms in the Louvre Museum of Paris, the Vatican Museum in Rome, and museums in Florence and Vienna. This has given her an edge to understand the global art arena and international standards.
Arefunnisa believes that every piece of art must be handled with utmost care because it is an expression of an artist’s soul. Art appeals to her aesthetically, intellectually and emotionally.
