I have been involved with  the Customer Services side of our Fine Art business since 2012, which includes the quote process, planning and consulting with customers.

I am hands-on whenever we are organizing art fairs or auctions and make sure that our art handlers understand exactly the requirements of our customers. 

The most challenging element of the art auction business is ensuring that we complete the condition reports carefully upon collection of the artefacts to note down all exceptions as we cover the insurance while they are stored in our art storage vault.
