Crown Fine Art, a global leader in fine art logistics and expert services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosalind Patient as Regional Director for its UK & Ireland business.
A highly respected figure within the international fine art and luxury sector, Rosalind brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from Christie’s, one of the world’s leading auction houses.
Most recently as Senior Operations Director for the UK, Rosalind led cross‑functional international teams responsible for delivering complex logistics, high-risk object movements, major project execution, storage, transportation, facilities, health, safety, security and service operations, in addition to directing the delivery of auctions, exhibitions, events, tours, and private sales.
Rosalind also stewarded operational and capital budgets, led sustainability delivery, and steered significant infrastructure and transformation programs, including warehouse relocations and facility upgrades that have elevated client service standards, minimized risk, and improved operational efficiency.
Alongside her extensive professional experience, Rosalind holds a BA in History of Modern Art, a Master’s in Gallery Studies, and an Executive MBA with distinction. In her new role, Rosalind will lead Crown Fine Art’s UK & Ireland operations, with a focus on accelerating growth, strengthening client partnerships and enhancing exceptional client service delivery across the region.
Commenting on the appointment Stephen Hardie, Crown Worldwide Group Regional Managing Director UKI & Benelux, said: “Rosalind brings a wealth of client-side experience, deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of delivering operational excellence. Fine Art has been our fastest growing business unit within the region over the past decade, and Rosalind’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to build on this success and pursue our long-term growth ambitions. We are delighted to welcome her to Crown Fine Art.”
